As loss adjusters and expert cargo surveyors, our mission, both in the field of air, sea and land transport, is to establish and recognize the loss, as well as to inspect the damage caused and to make an assessment of the losses that have occurred to the goods.
Within the scope of our intervention are the following actions:
- Investigate and evaluate the causes of damage
- Describe the condition of the merchandise at the time of inspection
- Carry out the appraisal of the incident
- Advise the parties on the actions to be carried out to reduce the incident.
- Carry out salvage sales actions for rejected merchandise, as well as advice for recoveries.
- Issuance of a Failure Certificate detailing the causes, circumstances and assessment of damage in an incident, in accordance with the conditions of the transport contract
